I filled out the form and indicated I wanted to pay via PayPal but was not taken to the PayPal page. How can I pay now?

We have had a couple of people indicate that they are not being taken to the PayPal page after they fill out the form and click SUBMIT.  If you are one of these people, you should have gotten an email from SnowFlake bazaar with a link to the PDF of your form.  If not please email us first before continuing to the next step.  Just send an email to snowflake @planowestband.org and tell us what happened.  We will check if we have a copy of your form.  If we do we will send you a copy.  Once you have a copy of your form you can click on the link below to make your payment.

My form is stuck on last page “Please Wait” message

If you clicked “SUBMIT” on your form and you have been waiting for a minute or so it could be that your form is stuck.  You will need to do the following:

  1. Close or exit the page you are in on your browser (Chrome, IE, etc)

How do I apply to the SnowFlake Bazaar?

You apply by filling out a vendor application form.  Forms can be filled online or printed and mailed (and or scanned and emailed).  If you are scanning the form you will need to make sure you mail in your money order or check to the following address:

If you wish to email the application, send it to: snowflake@planowestband.org   Don’t forget your payment or your application will not be taken into consideration.

What is the date for the Plano West SnowFlake Holiday Bazaar for 2016?

The dates are November 5, 9:00-5:00 and November 6, 12:00-5:00.
