Welcome to the Plano West SnowFlake Holiday Bazaar.  This yearly event hosted by the Plano West Band Boosters will be held at the Plano West Senior High School campus located at 5601 West Parker Rd, Plano, TX on November 5th – 6th, 2016.  This is a great opportunity for you to sell your merchandise prior to the holidays.  All vendors are welcome.  Tip: during vendor selection we look at how many vendors we have within a particular category, applications received early will have a higher priority so apply early.   This year we are adding the option for vendors to submit their applications online.

The deadline for application submission to the Snowflake Bazaar has passed.  You can submit an application but you will be put on our wait list. We will let all wait listed vendors know if they are in by Oct. 8th.  Thank you.

The prices for 2016 booths are as follow:

Single Booth 10’w x 8’d $200
Double Booth 20’w x 8’d $400
Triple Booth 30’w x 8’d $570
Outdoor Booth(faces Parker Rd) $150

  1. Pay via PayPal (use a PayPal account, credit card)
  2. Send a check, money order
